Go Zero ToolKit Solution

You are the founder of Go Zero, a healthy ice cream startup.
Go Zero makes high-protein, low-sugar, guilt-free ice creams designed for the modern Indian consumer.
You’ve already proven product-market fit with 15,000 monthly orders and a 42% repeat purchase rate. Now, you’re ready to scale — and you’re about to pitch to a room of elite investors.

🎯 Your Mission:
Craft and deliver a pitch to raise ₹80 crores ($10 million).
But here’s the twist:

  • You’re not allowed to just talk about the business.
  • You must use the Scientific Persuasion Framework to make the pitch unskippable.

And to do this exercise, use the toolkit that I have given below, which will guide you step by step on how to execute scientific persuasion!

If this is clear, here is your problem statement:
You are an executive at Sony, and you want to convince your board to adopt the Razor Blade Business Model for your next consumer product (e.g., PlayStation accessories, printer ink, camera add-ons, etc.).

Your job is to pitch this model not with opinion — but with scientific persuasion.

🎯 Your Objective:
Convince the board to adopt the Razor Blade model — where the base product is sold at low/no margin, and the profits come from high-margin consumables or services.

So read the challenge, use the toolkit, work on this challenge, as usual write your pitch, practice it, and present it to the camera!
