Go Zero Investor Pitch

Go Zero Pitch Guide

Go Zero Investor Pitch Workbook

Using the Scientific Persuasion Framework

A step-by-step guide to help you pitch Go Zero with data, psychology, and storytelling and make it unskippable to any investor.

Step 0: Build Hype (Level 4 Extrapolation)

Goal: Start with a bold, emotionally powerful opener. Show that this idea isn’t just smart it’s inevitable.

Questions to Answer:

  • What bold future does Go Zero stand for?
  • What emotional tension does it solve (health vs. craving)?
  • What is the size of the opportunity?

Example Opening:

“India is the diabetes capital of the world, and at the same time, our dessert market is booming. What if we could indulge without guilt? Go Zero is building the Amul of Gen Z — but without the sugar.”

Step 1: Start with Science (Logos + Ethos)

Goal: Use scientific evidence and credibility to prove that this is a behavioral shift, not just a food trend.

Questions to Answer:

  • What health or psychological research supports your concept?
  • Can you cite WHO, Harvard, Indian data, or behavioral principles?
  • Which biases does Go Zero leverage? (e.g. Health Halo, Commitment Bias)

Example:

“According to WHO, 1 in 3 Indians wants to cut sugar. But 65% still crave dessert daily. This contradiction is driven by a phenomenon called cognitive dissonance and Go Zero is the sweet spot that solves it.”

Step 2: Show Proof It Works (Logos)

Goal: Prove that the model has succeeded in other markets or formats.

Questions to Answer:

  • Which global brands have succeeded in this space?
  • What metrics prove success (revenue, market share, growth)?

Example Case Studies:

  • Halo Top (USA): $342M sales in 5 years, #1 ice cream in US
  • Zevia (USA):  10x growth on zero-calorie sodas
  • Epigamia (India): ₹100 Cr brand built on health + indulgence

Step 3: Apply It to Go Zero (Logos + Ethos)

Goal: Prove Go Zero is the right brand to bring this to India.

Questions to Answer:

  • What traction do you already have?
  • What is your product/brand edge?
  • Why is your team uniquely credible?

Metrics to Highlight:

  • 15,000+ monthly orders
  • 42% repeat rate
  • 53% gross margin
  • Unique Indian flavors & health-first ingredients

Step 4: Present the Plan (Logos + Pathos)

Goal: Turn belief into action. Show how you’ll scale with precision and speed.

Questions to Answer:

  • What’s your 3-phase execution plan?
  • Where will the funds go?
  • What metrics will you track?

Example:

“With ₹80 Cr, we will launch 3 new SKUs, expand to 8 cities, and hit ₹10 Cr/month revenue within 18 months.”

Trackable Metrics:

  • CAC recovery rate
  • Average order value (AOV)
  • Subscription or repeat rate
  • City-by-city revenue

Step 5: Close with Vision (Pathos)

Goal: Inspire belief. Show investors that this is bigger than revenue it’s a cultural shift.

Questions to Answer:

  • Why does this brand personally matter to you?
  • What future are you inviting people to join?
  • What’s your final one-liner?

Example Close:

“My father hasn’t had dessert in 10 years because of diabetes. Go Zero isn’t just a business it’s giving people their joy back. Let’s build India’s first guilt-free dessert empire and take it global.”
